This work of benevolence supports orphans who reside in the city of Chilakaluripet, Andra Pradesh, India. This orphans home is run by brother Praneeth Samuel Kumar.
This is a brand new orphan’s home started in May 2021; all 20 of the orphans who reside in this home are new orphans whose parents have died due to COVID-19. Thanks to the generous donations made through this website, the children have been able to move from brother Samuel’s hut to a rental home. Their living situation is much improved, but they need money to pay for the $250 rent every month.
Sadly, 3 of the 20 orphans have now caught COVID themselves. Last week, they were in quarantine and receiving treatment at the Pragathi Hospital.
Thank God, they are now recovering at home, but brother Samuel and the children are left with a 375,000 rupee hospital bill. This equates to about $5,150 USD.
Please help these good brethren pay this hospital bill. Due to COVID and other ongoing situations in India, this is one of the only ways the bill can be paid. Donations can be made at the link below. Please send us a message if you have any further questions.
